Propaganjah is bringing pulse thumping, high energy, melodic, one drop reggae music with a modern feel that has captivated audiences in the short 3 years since their 2017 debut. They have shared stages with influential acts, such as: Third World, Inner Circle, Bob Marley’s Original Wailers, SOJA, Fortunate Youth, Badfish, Ballyhoo!, Less Than Jake, Pato Banton, Sister Nancy, and nameless other acts while gathering 50K+ followers internationally. Propaganjah was formed in Central Florida, in 2017, by lead singer/songwriter/guitarist Rob “Rob Savage” Burr Jr. and percussionist/songwriter/composer Garrett “Ginjah” Riggio. Rob’s Caribbean influences come from his father’s St. Croix/Virgin Island’s roots. Ginjah brings some SoCal inspiration and positive vibes from his tenure in San Diego, as well as his work with his charity the Red Road Foundation. Lawayne Gabriel sets the tone with his new modern outlook on reggae music on the keys. Phil Allen adds a percussive drive to the drums that is untouchable. Cris Costa adds his Chilean groove to the mix on bass. Propaganjah focuses on the fans, and brings a one of a kind experience with a truly unique sound that stems from their diverse cultural backgrounds. Influenced by the greatest of the greats, their strong Caribbean and R&B roots can be heard in every song. Propaganjah’s message is meant inspire a positive, forward thinking view of life, love and respect.
